How do I submit my application?
Submissions will be accepted online only. All applicants must review the contest’s official Terms and Conditions before submitting. To submit your application, visit our CNA2025 Student Program webpage, complete the registration form and upload your written or video essay. Applications will be accepted in both English and French.
If you submit a video essay, please upload your video to YouTube and set the visibility to “unlisted” so that the CNA team can access it. Include the YouTube link in your application form. Instructions on uploading your video can be found here: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/57407.
Which hotels are available for me to book my accommodations?
We have arranged special hotel room rates at three hotels with close proximity to TCU Place. The special hotel room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and have cut-off dates for booking. Please book your hotel on the CNA WEST Venue and Accommodations webpage and see further details there.
Are travel costs and hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
Hotel accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check the event CNA West Venue and Accommodations page, under the Event Details tab, for hotel information and booking details.
How do I communicate accessibility needs to TCU Place management?
Upon request, TCU Place will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communications support for persons with disabilities.

What types of special accessibility services are available at TCU Place?
TCU Place is equipped with the following:
- TCU Place is entirely wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms.
- Accessible parking is available at the front of the building and in adjacent parking lots.
- Assisted listening devices are available to borrow for all Theatre shows. There is a limited number available, which is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please contact the Box Office at TCU Place.
- TCU Place is proud to offer a City of Saskatoon FADS-certified barrier-free restroom with universal accessibility. It is located on the main floor directly next to the Box Office.

Will alcoholic beverages be served during networking events?
Alcoholic beverages will be available during the Welcome Reception and Remai Modern Reception.
How many exhibitor staff passes do we get with our booth?
You will receive two (2) full CNA West conference registrations with your exhibitor booth. This includes booth staff. If you have any questions, you can email our events team at events@cna.ca.
Can I share my booth with another company?
No, each booth is assigned to only one company.
What is the square footage of one booth at CNA West?
The booth dimensions are eight by ten feet.
How many exhibitor booths are available at the CNA West?
There are 24 booth spaces total. Please visit our Trade Show webpage to learn more about the different companies and organizations participating as exhibitors.
How can my company apply for a booth space at CNA West?
We have limited exhibitor spaces remaining. If your organization or company is interested in participating in the CNA West trade show, please contact our events team at events@cna.ca for more details.
Who will be exhibiting at the Trade Show?
There will be 15+ exhibitors showcasing their organizations. For a complete list of exhibitors, please refer to our online listing or floor plan for contact details and company descriptions.
Where are the CNA West exhibitors located?
The trade show will be located at the TCU Place Saskatoon in the Upper Level, Grand Salon.
How do I become a sponsor or an exhibitor?
To become a sponsor or exhibitor, please visit our Sponsorship page and download a copy of the CNA2025 Sponsorship Package. For more information, feel free to contact our Events team at conference@cna.ca.
Will the CNA share post-conference recordings of the panels and speakers?
Yes. Once it is posted, you can view past conference recordings here.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have any dietary requirements, please include this information in your registration. We can accommodate requests up to one week before the event. After that, we cannot guarantee accommodations. Please note that we cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination has taken place in the special preparation of an allergy-free alternate meal. We ask that delegates also be responsible for managing their own preferences and intolerances.
What meals are included with CNA West registration?
Full event registration includes breakfast and lunch on both October 21 and October 22. There will be receptions held on October 20 and 21, which will offer hors d’oeuvres.

What is the dress code at these events?
The dress code at CNA West is business casual for all participants. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort.
Does the Conference have on-demand or live-streaming viewing available?
No. Only in-person participation is available for this event.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we understand the importance of staying connected. Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event, ensuring you can stay in touch and access important information.
What language will the event be presented in?
The event will be in English.
Where and when can I get my CNA West badge?
You will be able to pick up your badge on-site at the registration desk on the day of the event.
Your badge is your ‘ticket’ to all event activities (sessions, exhibitions, meals, and receptions). It must be worn at all times and is not transferable. Please ensure you have it with you at all times during the event.
Is parking available at TCU Place?

Who attends CNA West?
CNA West is designed to bring together participants new to the nuclear sector, including potential supply chain companies, community leaders, government officials, regulators, and representatives from both energy and non-energy industries.
What is included in my registration fee?
Your full event registration entitles you to a comprehensive package, including access to all plenaries and sessions, admission to the CNA West trade show, participant materials, and more. We’ve designed this package to ensure you get the most out of your CNA West experience.
Full event registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Access to all plenaries and sessions
- Admission to the trade show
- All participant materials
- Opening Reception and Remai Modern Reception
- Event breakfasts, lunches and breaks
What is the cancellation/refund policy for CNA West registration(s)?
Things happen, we understand. If you need to cancel your registration, email our events team at events@cna.ca.
Cancellations for all categories are permitted until October 3, 2025, at 5:00 pm (EST). Cancellations must be received in writing to the Canadian Nuclear Association by email (events@cna.ca). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the applicable deadline stated above or for no-shows. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth planning and execution of the event.
Will I receive a receipted invoice for registration?
Yes, when you register and pay the registration fee, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the delegate’s email address as provided on the registration form. Your confirmation email will include an attached PDF receipt.
If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?
CNA will accept registration transfers within the same company, until September 26, 2025. We do not offer credits for future events. Please see our registration terms and conditions here, which includes information on cancellation and refund policies.
I am with the media. Are complimentary media passes available?
If you are part of an accredited media outlet or a content creator, please email our Communications team at communications@cna.ca to request a complimentary pass to CNA2025.
Is there single-day registration available for a multi-day event?
No, you will need to register for the entire event.
After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. If you have not received your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder before contacting our events team at events@cna.ca.
How do I pay for the registration?
You can pay using a credit card, or check.
Can I register in person at the event?
No, all registrations are conveniently done online. We encourage everyone to register early to receive the early bird rate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
I have registered, but my company membership discount has yet to be applied. What should I do?

Does my company or myself have to be a member to register for an event?
Membership is optional for event registration. However, there is a special discount rate for members for most CNA events.
How do I register and use my company/organization’s membership for CNA West?
CNA members will use the member category when registering and choose their company name from a drop-down menu.
For the member fee to apply, the registrant’s organization must be a member of CNA at the time of the event. If the organization’s membership has lapsed (i.e., membership payment has not been received by the CNA before the event’s start), the registrant will need to pay the difference on-site before credentials will be issued.
How much does it cost to register for CNA West?
The pricing for registration varies based on individual circumstances. Please check our website for specific pricing for CNA members and non-members. CNA offers special discounted pricing for our members.
Is there a deadline for registration?
The deadline for early-bird registration is August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. To be eligible for the Regular fee, register by October 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Can I register on-site, or is pre-registration required?
While we highly encourage pre-registration to ensure your spot, we will accept on-site registrations based on availability. If you decide to register on-site, please arrive early to allow time for the process and to secure your access to sessions.
